ABOUT LINCOLN TAI CHI
The specific purpose of Lincoln Tai Chi is to advance the study of Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong and to foster the growth of these arts as taught by Master Richard Kim. Tai Chi is a series of gentle movements that can bring about stress reduction, improved balance and many other health benefits. It is a gentle art of health and well-being for people of all ages and health conditions.
Lincoln Tai Chi is a branch of the Lincoln Martial Arts Club, the Butoku Kai of Canada and the Zen Bei Butoku Kai International
LINCOLN TAI CHI SCHEDULE
Beginners class is Tuesday, 7-8 p.m
Advanced class, Tuesday, 8-9 p.m
Intermediate class runs Wednesday, 7:30-9:00 p.m
